Why not ? If your low balling a person and then you offer them 15,000 EM, Do you think that person would take your offer seriously ? verses a person with only 200.00 EM ?

If someone puts down a large em deposit on a property ( Lets say 15k ), is it diffucult for that person to get there money back ? if the deal falls through ?

Does vinyl siding add value? If so, how much does it cost? and does it give a good look? Do you vinyl side the whole house? or just the siding?
