I have had several investors get turned away from backs because of various resons, and these were all strong borrowers, 780 score, 20% down, plenty of reserves, etc. I wanted to see if this is just a local thing or is anybody else having financing issues for great borrowers. Thanks.

I am a builder/developer that has a client that needs financing. He has 20% to put down of his own funds. We are doing a design credit on the HUD for option upgrades, etc. This is my question, will any lender aloow that?
