I am a builder/developer that has a client that needs financing. He has 20% to put down of his own funds. We are doing a design credit on the HUD for option upgrades, etc. This is my question, will any lender aloow that? Any lenders that can help would be appreciated. 1.6mm purchase price Please contact me @ [email protected]
