ive heard good things about Chippewa valley property management. They charge 6% for everything and   have been using them on our newest purchase for the last 2 months and I have been pleased with them. 

yes found a great manager that does it all for 6% and new tenants moving in soon and rent is up $25. Do you live down by Milwaukee?

We just found a great deal this week in downtown Eau Claire, WI.  We are looking for a property manager for this duplex, do you have any recommendations?  Thanks!
