As a multifamily investor do you know all your financing options available? the traditional banking sources in our country are under heavy regulations and restrictions and obtaining bank financing can be very difficult. is your company in the USA? your profile says Hong Kong? this program is for only companies that are in the USA. If you purchase commercial R/E in Hong Kong we have an excellent International lender.
