Multifamily investors? what are your financing needs?

As a multifamily investor do you know all your financing options available? the traditional banking sources in our country are under heavy regulations and restrictions and obtaining bank financing can be very difficult. Helping clients achieve their business financing needs is what we do. If you have any questions or if I can be of assistance in any way please let me know. We never charge any upfront fees and are looking to build partnerships with companies looking to grow their business. One question I get a lot is " what are your rates?" well rates are always determined by the borrower and the program they qualify for. I can say that if you are a solid borrower then I have a direct lender that has some of the lowest rates in the industry. Rates today are in the mid-upper 3% range, and can be fixed up to 35 years depending on the asset. We have other lenders that focus on non-recourse lending with excellent terms with great LTV benefits. If you need a lender to provide a no hassle cash-out option, then we have that available as well. The programs are out there and we are here to help clients get the best financing options.
