Ok, so I have a question. I understand the beginning to a wholesale deal is finding a property and putting it under contract. I have a purchase agreement and an assignment contract. I understand that I can assign contracts for a fee, and make money that way. That being said, when I get a deal under contract, and I'm not going to assign it but sell it to another investor at a slightly higher price than I got it for, do I use the same purchase agreement for my buyer, or is there a different contract that I need?
So I'm almost ready to jump in to my first wholesale deal. I have seller/buyer contracts now, but I feel like I need better ones. Does anyone on here have seller/buyer contracts legal in NY or know where I could find them? Also, how should I go about when closing on a deal? I have an attorney, but is that the best way?
Hello everyone. So I'm in a bit of a jam. I have a couple of strong buyers, and I know exactly what I need to do. The only problem now is, I can't find any properties!! Does anyone have any ideas? I'm based in the Albany, NY area, if that helps.

Hello everyone! I am getting into wholesaling at the moment, but my goal is to get into rental properties for the long term/passive cash flow! My credit isn't so great, and I don't have a lot of money to just outright buy one. Anyone have any creative financing oppurtinities/ideas? I'm very new to this, but I stumbled over the term "house hacking". Exactly what is this?

HI! My name is Bryant Williamson, and I'm brand new to the world of REI! Now, I've discovered the beautiful art of Wholesaling. Currently I am checking out my area, but I'm also looking for strong cash buyers looking for property in my area. I have a few potential leads, but having a potential buyer first seems like it is the better idea with these types of projects. Also, if any pros on here have any tips/tricks for this newbie, I'm all ears! Thank you any and everyone in advance!!
