@John Geiger I own 1 property there. I’m 2.5 hours away. I like Macon but haven’t had luck putting a good team together yet. My advise is to find some good boots on the ground. Good cash flow but no appreciation.

I've seen a lot of different opinions on this topic. But some say to get LLC wherever state the property is in. Are you in the process of buying there or already own?
