Construction Loans & Contractors in Macon

Hey everyone! I'm relatively new to the Atlanta area and I've just purchased my first investment property in Macon that I'm going to BRRRR. Does anyone have bank recommendations for construction loans or cash out refi's? Also, any recommendations for contractors would be great too. The house I bought is a 3/2, needs a cosmetic rehab all around (from what I can tell from my walkthrough), maybe some plumbing work, and I'm also interested in converting the 800 sqft garage in the backyard into a 2/1 ADU. Any referrals are greatly appreciated!
