@Thomas S. all very valid points.

I do not think I will be doing section 8 as my initial strategy was to find quality tenants and maintain quality properties. S8 risks do not seem to be worth the extra cash flow.

@JPaul Mills did you ever have luck finding one? If so would you be willing to share that info? Thank you               -Cain

Greg and Roman- thank you for the input, some of these perspectives make it quite frightening.

Roman- the extra cash flow does not seem to be reasonable compensation for the headaches I would be inviting.
