Hey BP family, I am closing on a duplex at the end of December and one of the units is currently an air bnb. I negotiated the furniture and resources to stay with this unit so it's time to get some contacts in the area. I am looking for anyone in the Omaha area that can feed me some information and contacts. The duplex is located in the neighborhood of Aksarben village (super neat area). I am looking for the following local manager with experience, reliable cleaners, and as always a good handy man. I don't expect everyone to throw out all their numbers but if anyone is willing to leak what they pay for each service I would be ecstatic. I am doing this investment from Scottsdale AZ as I moved from lincoln/Omaha area last February.
