@Syed Ahmed Thank you. I've signed up for some local real estate association webinars but personally I'm usually a rather introverted person and have always struggled with getting out there.
I'm new to wholesaling and may be interested in making a few calls purely for educational purposes and whatever else your willing to teach me about the business.
@Jonathan Taylor Smith I am in the NC area and looking to learn more about long term investing and wholesaling. It would be an honor if you or one of your associates reach out to me.

Hi BiggerPockets community,
My name is Caled V. I’m 29 and recently moved to the Charlotte, NC/SC area. I work full-time as a registered nurse and also have a background in Forex, Futures, Options, and Commodities trading. Now I’m ready to start putting my income and discipline into real estate investing.
I’m completely new to real estate — I’ve never owned a home and don’t have any deals under my belt yet. That said, I’ve been learning about wholesaling, licensing/regulations in my area, and formulas like MAO. From trading, I understand the importance of patience, persistence, and networking, and I’m prepared to put in the work.
I’d love to connect with people in the Charlotte area who are open to sharing advice, insights, or even just the occasional conversation with someone motivated to learn.
What advice would you give someone just getting started?
Thanks,
Caled
