Hi Casey,
I just used a local real estate attorney to work up some contracts for me (including a purchase contract for my wholesaling business). He was easy to work with and reasonable (2 contracts about $200 total). Let me know if you're interested and I'll forward his contact information to you.

Stick around, plenty to learn a lot of locals here on BP.
Ah, another local - yes, certainly friendly competition. Do you attend any of the local REIA meetings? I was looking around on meetup and saw an active group that meets in the north valley. I'll definitely stick around - already meeting great people!

Welcome to BP! I live in Phoenix as well and I'm also fairly new to the site. I work more in the land investment area of real estate, but I just wanted to show some love from PHX, it's nice to see others out there finding BP as a great resource.
Good luck to you in your real estate ambitions!
Thank you and I will definitely stick around. Who knows, we might run into each other out there. It's a surprisingly small world.

Just what the Phoenix market needs - another investor! Actually, I'm going to start as many before me have, with wholesaling. I've been reading the books, listening to the podcasts, reading the BP forums (what an amazing resource) and I'm raring to go! Some of the basics about me: I'm new to investing, or marketing really when it comes to wholesaling, but I am a Phoenix native and I know the area and most of the neighborhoods very well.
I have a full time job right now but I'm focused and pretty stubborn when I set my mind to something. The job provides the cash to put into marketing and I am ready to go direct to seller. I've been listening to the I Love Marketing podcast and reading the Dan Kennedy books and working toward being a good student of marketing.
I'm here at BP for a couple reasons. Of course the resources are phenomenal but I'm also looking for cash buyers in the Phoenix market - new investors, seasoned investors, any kind of investor with cash - so we can make some money together. Shoot me a message and tell me what you're looking for. Like I mentioned, I know the Phoenix market well but I want to focus my direct to seller marketing where a few good cash buyers are looking for inventory.
I'm excited to be here and for the opportunities. Thank you for your time!
