Hi everyone! I’m Courtney, a Realtor/Property Manager serving San Antonio and the surrounding Texas counties. I lead the property management division at Option One Real Estate, where we’ve built our management style specifically with investors in mind.
Whether you want to collaborate on every decision or prefer a hands-off, traditional approach, we customize our services to fit your investment goals. My background covers both residential sales and property management, and I’m always looking for ways to help property owners maximize returns and minimize headaches. I love sharing practical tips on Texas rental law, creative marketing, and workflows that actually work. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and sharing here!
