Hi everyone! I’m Courtney, a Realtor/Property Manager serving San Antonio and the surrounding Texas counties. I lead the property management division at Option One Real Estate, where we’ve built our management style specifically with investors in mind.

Whether you want to collaborate on every decision or prefer a hands-off, traditional approach, we customize our services to fit your investment goals. My background covers both residential sales and property management, and I’m always looking for ways to help property owners maximize returns and minimize headaches. I love sharing practical tips on Texas rental law, creative marketing, and workflows that actually work. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and sharing here!

For Texas investors—what makes a great property manager in your experience?

Local San Antonio Property Manager here to weigh in....

I have a couple of clients who have scored some big wins buying tax foreclosure properties at auction and shortly after setting them up to accept Housing Vouchers- - in certain neighborhoods the voucher allowance is higher than rental comps, so you're able to rent it out for slightly more than market rate. If you're looking to hold property, these can be great potential buys. If you don't have a Title Company willing to run Title searches on the properties you're interested in from the list, that'd be very helpful.

You'll wanna do what you can to assess the condition of the homes before Auction Day also- most will require repairs - but not all of them are full rehabs
