@Louis W. Talk to an attorney AND property management company. You are dealing with state and local laws that are very tenant friendly and one mistake can cost you big time.

Short term plan should be to get them out with the assistance of the attorney and coordinate the management responsibilities with professionals. It’s worth the cost at this point.

Take a year or so learning the laws and landlord responsibilities before thinking about doing it yourself.
