I have came across an old school building that I would love to rehab for the local community. The building is to old to be torn down and need upwards of 2m to rehab the building. I was wondering if it would be possible to raise grant money to help me do it. Where does one start with a project like that. I'm working up a business plan now would love some more thoughts and opinions.

1) Who give grants for this kind of thing

2) I have checked with zoning, I'm thinking about doing something like a Affordable daycare, Offices for Native American Council (Building does have cultural significance), Grounds for Pow Wows and redo the gym in there for community event.  What would be a solid next step?

I have successfully completed my first two flips. I have now secured funding as well as contractors that are ready to scale with me. I'm looking to take on 1-2 deals per month. What are some strategies that would allow me to connect with the most qualified wholesalers in the market?

I am currently in the process of a flip but I have 3 deals that were sent to me that I really like. Instead of passing on them, I’d love to learn about limited partner to help me buy them. What are the logistics of a limited partnership and how would something like this work?

I'm looking to better understand private money, I have worked with hard money before but does it differ from hard money? If so, what are the differences? What are the pros and cons of each? How would one structure a deal using something like private money?

@Cameron Rieman are you looking to Invest in NC or would you consider other states as well?

I am looking to invest just in NC, currently do not have the resources or network to extend out of the state right now

Hello everyone!

I am new to BiggerPockets and would like to introduce myself. I am an investor in the Raleigh, NC area and am looking to discuss with others about their real estate strategies. The ones I would like to break into are flipping and owning rentals. I also have some newly acquired mobile home parks that I would need some guidance on. Reach out to me if you are interested in connecting!

Hello! I am newer to mobile home park investing and I just put one under contract because I was thinking about purchasing it but the more I do research, it seems like a bad idea. It's difficult to discern the value of a MHP when there are so many variables involved I was hoping to talk to someone to see if this would be a worthwhile investment!

Hello everyone, I recently came across a larger quantity of mobile home parks and would like advice from a more seasoned MHP investor that has ample expertise in the field. Much of my knowledge is with single family homes so this is out of my current scope. I was hoping to connect with individuals in the space that would be able to help guide me through this process.
