I am new to BiggerPockets and would like to introduce myself. I am an investor in the Raleigh, NC area and am looking to discuss with others about their real estate strategies. The ones I would like to break into are flipping and owning rentals. I also have some newly acquired mobile home parks that I would need some guidance on.
