Hello everyone! I am a new out of state investor in Cincinnati and Augusta, I'm currently living in Florida. Looking to connect with wholesalers, realtors, contractors and property managers!
Post: Quartz or Granite? They are the same price. For a rental

If they are the same price I would go for the quartz, just try not to choose white because they do tend to get stains easily and over time they get yellow.
Altough granite is more durable, quartz looks modern and more expensive.
