Good Morning, My name is Kyle Edens and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I live in Lexington, SC, born and raised, attended College at Newberry College graduate of '11. I am currently in the employee benefits arena as a sales rep with a multi-national insurance carrier. So if anyone has employee benefit questions, I can likely assist! I have always been fascinated by the wealth compounding capability of real estate. After saving over the years I am now in a position to bank-roll my own real estate adventure. My goal is to focus on flipping rehab properties to further increase my cash holdings so that I can purchase a large apartment complex in the next 3-5 years. I am interested in networking with wholesalers, REO real estate agents, rei meetups, generally anyone with a love for real estate. If anyone has inventory suitable for rehabbing, I would love to make an introduction.
