Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new to this platform and want introduce myself. My name is Carlisle, but friends and family know me as Mike. Professionally, I'm an attorney admitted in NY, NJ and PA. I started investing real estate in 2022, and own a couple of doors in South Jersey. I'm looking for networking opportunities, masterminds, and investment partnerships in southeastern PA, and South Jersey. My target asset class is multifamily and I just had an LOI accepted on a six unit deal in South Jersey.
I'm looking forward to connecting with others and building new relationships.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $241,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Turn-key investment property, with some Capex work including updated roof and lite plumbing fixes. The property has remained 100% occupied throughout my ownership and is on track to continue receiving market rents from both tenants. My plan is to maintain the status quo and benefit from annual rent increases and equity gain as the tenants' rent covers the mortgage. There's an opportunity for an ADU in the backyard, but I will buy another rental property before adding the ADU.
