Turn-key investment property, with some Capex work including updated roof and lite plumbing fixes. The property has remained 100% occupied throughout my ownership and is on track to continue receiving market rents from both tenants. My plan is to maintain the status quo and benefit from annual rent increases and equity gain as the tenants' rent covers the mortgage.
