Looking for someone to walk me through a deal or two. I will find the property as I've figured out finally how to find some decent properties. Also I will also find a buyer. I just need someone to walk me through a deal and will split fee 50-50 with someone.

How would you approach another wholesaler or investor if you think you can find a buyer for them.

I was wondering if a wholesaler finds a property and another wholesaler comes along later and says they can find a buyer for them. First how much of a fee is the wholesaler entitled to compared to original wholesaler, or is it split 50-50. Second question does the original wholesaler not mind working with another wholesaler if they can bring a buyer to the table.

What I mean by paying for a flex option, is how much would you put down to have permission to present deal to another potential buyer.
