I have a place in Reston listed in Zillow & furnished finder for couple of weeks. Any thoughts of increase visibility for a rental property in Virginia?

If title search fee and owner's policy insurance were included at closing. But the previews owner flip the property after 2 weeks of ownership. Two dates after closing a letter arrived addressed to the previous owner from a lender about late payment on loan.

what steps to take?
