I’d like to go to Detroit to see some properties for rental investment. I am looking for a local to connect with and or an agent there. Also any insights on the area would be appreciated. It’s really blown up over the last 2-3 years it seems

interesting. I like the guaranteed rent part. What states do you find it easier? I know some have such a shortage that they have waiting lists of people that can’t get into a home- so they are very receptive to anyone wanting to participate in the program

Does anyone have experience with section 8 rentals? I’m considering going that route and wanted to know - is it hard to find homes for sale that are already section 8 approved? How hard is it to get one approved post purchase? And what has been your tenant experience?

I wanted to know if anyone has dealt with section 8 housing in Pittsburg, specifically getting a house section 8 approved. I’m consodering one and wanted to know what your experience was. How long did it take and how was your tenant relationship. Also if and which property manager company could take that on. Thank you!!
