Thank you for asking this question. I'm new to BP and find the forum difficult to navigate. The forums are one of the main reasons I joined BP. I have not been able to get many benefits yet because I can't seem to find current posts with the topics I'm looking for. I'm looking forward to connection with others but to date have been frustrated by my attempts.

Why did you pick Tampa? I grew up in South Fl but have lived in the western part of the country for several decades but I've had a couple of SFH rentals in Lake county. I'm planning to start investing in Fl RE again this coming year.
