Per the above, putting the reno on the card seems to be the release part. Buying a house is harder.

We live in a flip, but with three small kids, moving into one is too much. Besides, we are finishing our own. Thanks for all the above. Much to consider.

Okay, so we are all ready to flip houses and excited... or we were... then we started to try to figure out the money thing. 

How did you get started flipping with little? We have great credit, but not a lot of capitol. We wanted to fix and flip, so...? Go!

I understand the taxation is better with a LLC taxed as a CCORP. No?

When I called around for pricing it seemed 3-5 with the better stagers at 5. Storage is something we have room for. Just not sure about transport. 

5k seems so big on a 300 ARV!
