What are the best way to search for flips? Wholesale properties?

I know Craigslist, estate sales, illegal signage, Word of mouth... what has worked?

So, if it costs 5k to stage a home (5 rooms), would it not make cents to actually buy 5k worth of self staging and begin staging our own flips? It might end product saving 4k/flip maybe more. It is work, but...
