Great idea, would love to attend. When are you guys planning the event?

Wow these are all really great advices, my tenants seem to be pretty well educated young professionals so I am hoping they will be easier to deal with regardless of my ownership to them! and I luckily only have really cheap carpet in the basement and they have a small sized dog so I don't think much damage will be done to the house. Really good to know about the handyman tip--that is definitely something I will look into finding! Where should I start looking for one? Angie's list? Someone from a contractor's team?

Hello Bigger Pockets community! I recently started real estate investing and bought my first rental property in Beverly Hills, Michigan. I just signed the contract this week.
