I have 10 residential lots in 29 Palms right up against Joshua Tree National Park, only 3 miles to the Utah Trail entrance. Should I flip, build vacation rentals or military rentals?

You can find cheap lots that some of the counties run on online auctions .

Im sure there can be good money in land if you offer owning financing but I didn't want to do that .
Some people like the idea of just owning land even if it's in the middle of nowhere .

I currently have 10 lots in 29 Palms who we would be open to flip or develop. I think it's a very interesting area with good potential.
