Hello Everyone,

I am new to section 8 investing. I am looking to purchase a mobile home to rent to section 8 tenants. This mobile home however is located in a mobile home neighborhood where the residents have to rent the land their mobile home sits on seperatly from their morgage. Is it possible for me to purchase a mobile home in this neighborhood then rent it out to the section 8 program even if I as the landlord own the mobile home but have to rent the land the mobil home sits on from the lot owner? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hello everyone,

I am new to the section 8 space. I am looking to purchase my first property but I am wondering if it would be ideal to rent to a section 8 tenant on disibility. Would the government pay 100% of the rent due to the tenant being on disibility and eliminate the need to collect any portions of rent that a tenant on non-disibility would have to pay. Any adive would be much appreciated.
