Section 8 / Mobil Homes

Hello Everyone,

I am new to section 8 investing. Im looking to purchase a mobil home to rent to section 8 tenants. Is it possible to rent the mobil home to section 8 tenants even if you have to rent the land the mobil home sits on, or does the land have to be sold along with the property for it to qualify?
