In Central Oregon we see huge changes. In the downturn of our market a 3 bedroom home would struggle to rent $800-900 now you’re lucky to find one for under $1400. Some studios in our area go for over $1000.

@Ralph Garcia most likely the realtor still has an agreement with the seller to at least get a buyers agent commission.

@Bryan Cohen have you tried looking on Indeed? I know a lot of people struggle to find good bookkeepers, I choose to do my own.

@Patti Robertson I agree, however in Oregon if a tenant is doing anything to cause mice then they would be responsible for the bill.

@Syed Firoz the only disadvantage I could see is getting calls to sell the property or rental scams but those are anywhere you advertise these days

@Carson Plant depends on the state you are in. Oregon has strict laws regarding this. You’d first want to make sure they aren’t in a lease. Then you’ll want to check and see if how long of a notice period is required and if there are any percentage caps on rent increases

Have you tried hiring a PI? A lot of times it's a simple search that will only cost a could hundred to do.
