Had two more deals fall through this weekend... Grrrrr

Had a great deal until the owner talked to her property manager who had is license back in 1990. He over inflated the worth of her house by about $20,000+ needless to say I had to let this pass as it was not a deal anymore.

The other was a manufactured home which you could not own the land it sits on, just the home. it was a 55+ home and the HOA did not allow renters... Not a Deal

Give her $250 a lead that turns into a deal! I always talk to my mail carrier and about the neighborhood. They know it pretty well usually, especially if their walking the route.

Noel Lumbo I'm about to Drop 50+ bandit signs in my area. I just hope I get a solid lead before I get a solid citation : ) . Dont let other people's opinions deter you from success. You know what they say about opinions... There are very solid tips on this thread before everyone got negative and argumentative.
