just re read my comment, and want to clarify I'm not of the opinion that his claim is valid, I'm in a dirty basement working, and didn't have much time...I should have added an LOL at the end

he saw this because I posted a warning on my fb page to friends and contacts in the industry...latest news is that I haven't been paid because the prop owner bounced a check for $10k and stole his tools...I used my own tools while I was there other than a nail gun, so have no idea what was who's....

All of us at the Wenham job got porked by this guy...i actually have an email from him claiming he will send me a check, than i found out about all of this....what an absolute scumbag...he could care less about the people his BS affects...i may make it a point to take the day off and go to his next court date
