Thanks for introducing yourselves @Shaun Reilly and @Derreck Wells and for providing so much information. Your insight will be very valuable as my research progresses and relocation becomes imminent.

Hi Everyone!

I recently decided to get into real estate investing after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. This has always been a fascinating topic to me, so I figure there's no better time than now! I heard about Bigger Pockets through another podcast and have loved what I've been learning.

Right now I'm a 26 year old Financial Analyst in CT but will be moving to Boston, MA within the next few months. From what I've read, cash flow is hard to come by in Boston, but I'm going to give it a shot. I'm leaning toward a multifamily property that I can live in and rent out the rest. I began looking into a few neighborhoods, but haven't began running any numbers yet. Any and all thoughts, recommendations and comments are welcomed!

I look forward to communicating and networking with you all. Happy investing!
