Hello everyone! I’m Arica Savannah-born and raised in the great country of Texas! I stumbled across BiggerPockets some months ago and am continually amazed by all the valuable information and interesting conversations. I’ve dreamed of owning an apartment complex for years and only recently decided to get serious about making that dream a reality. I am looking to begin by investing in small multifamily rentals and build from there. My goal is to build a successful real estate investment company using wholesaling, flipping and buy and hold strategies to help tired and distressed property owners, provide attractive returns for our investors, partners and clients and add value to the communities in which we operate. My dream is big but I believe with faith and the right people around you all things are possible. I look forward to meeting everyone and finding ways to help you on your own journey to success!
