Jeremy Brandt If I only had access to the MLS to do this. I have had Zero luck with agents to even get comps.

Dan Costantino How are you going to finance it? Local bank, Private money? A mortgage loan that small may be hard to find.

Personally I would not waive them. I tend to operate on the safe side of everything. I don't want leaves to fall off my money tree down the road because I chose to skimp on something today. JMO

I wonder what the credit unions are doing these days with mortgage financing. Will need to check them also.

Check not only City ordinances but also any HOA you may have.

Rolanda Eldridge I you go to this link and click on your state it will bring up a list of lenders that do the HomePath Renovations loans.

I was not able to locate any in my state that did less than a $60k loan, however you may find it different for your state.
