Thought about it and decided to go through with it. here I am, 6 months later, and I just finished the licensing course and just passed my Real Estate Exam yesterday. Only thing left to do now is pay TREC fees and I'll be licensed. Thanks for the idea. Even though it took me bit while to execute

I haven't put much thought into it, but I'll be sure to look into it for sure.

My original plan when starting in real estate was to start Wholesaling properties. This is mainly because I heard of the little amount of start-up capital that is required to start. However, after doing a bit more digging, I'm finding that it isn't nearly what it is advertised to be. I'm currently trying to find more leads to wholesale to other investors, until I find an alternative plan to work with and hopefully my leads turn out well for me. I believe in persistence above all else. However, I'm wondering if there are other areas in real estate that I can start out in that may be more beneficial for me to get my grounding.

Howdy!

My name is Cedric Dadaille and I currently reside in College Station, Texas. Aside from reading the UBG and following the BiggerPockets podcast, I'm a fairly new member. I'm a recently graduated Aggie from Texas A&M and am looking to enter the Real estate field. My current plan is to start Wholesaling, and fairly quickly move on to different niches. Mainly Flipping and being a Landlord. Would love to hear any and all feedback, especially from those in the South Texas area.
