I have found several properties  from driving for dollars; however, I am having a hard time finding the sellers contact information. Are there any suggestions on how to find this information.

I am meeting with a potential seller this weekend and would like to get some advice. This will be my first time (wholesaler) and I do not want to give the seller the impression that I a "newbie". What are ideal questions to ask the seller that I may not have gathered through previous research. What should I expect them to ask?

Hi BP Community! 

I would like to know what is the most effective way to find motivated sellers?  Should I buy a lead list? Does a lead list give you a better advantage? Should I just drive for dollars, flyers, yellow letters, and other inexpensive methods?  

Also the same for buyers? Should I continue to attend REIA meetings and even auctions?

I am Ce'Erra Patton, a recent graduate from Virginia State University.  I am here seeking any advice on getting started in  real estate. Through my own research I have decided to begin my career in real estate as a wholesaler. I have attended a few real estate workshops and networking events.
