My name is Cesar Perez, my spouse and I are new to the Reno/Sparks area and we're loving every bit of the Sierra Nevada's. We're looking to connect with rehabbers, cash buyers, and money partners in order to help us lock up the best deals possible. We're also interested in looking for mentors to help us grow in REI. We're newbies to the Real Estate community and don't have any experience, which is why we are here. Everyone was in their starting blocks at some point and have been through the ups and downs of RE, so for those who have insightful information or advice our ears are always open.

1. What did you do to build your first buyers list, and what do you believe is the most effective technique.

2. How should I correctly send details to my cash buyers to entice them to close on wholesale deals?

3. How do I select the proper title company and escrow officer to assist me in closings.
