@Andrew Herrig I'm going to start out on Wholesales and go from there. My ultimate plan is to do 5 wholesales, with the earnings from those, purchase a fix and flip, with the earnings from that, purchase a buy and hold.

Hey @Eric VanKirk I'm in the same boat you're in. I've been a licensed Realtor for a long time in NM, but we've moved out here so I'm in the process of getting my CO license too. I'd love to learn about all the disclosures we need as investors, that's always been one of my concerns. You'll love this site, I've only been on a day or so and I've found so much information.

I'm relatively new to investing on my own. I've done some projects with family and had a few rentals, but now I'm in a new area and ready to hit it hard. I have been a licensed Realtor for about 12 years now, but still have a TON to learn about investing for myself.
