I’m not familiar with BRSTRR or BRWRR. What’s the method for those?

That’s good advice. Thanks.
I guess what I’m also asking is: What city’s are people finding the most opportunities?

Hello all,
I'm trying to decide where I should try to BRRRR. Local (San Antonio, TX) would be preferential, since I know this area better. The whole city has sky rocketed in price however, so I'm just waiting for the market to take any downturn.
Do you guys know of a better market currently to buy?
