Great photography will never be replaced when it comes to real estate marketing. I think 360 imaging plays an important role, especially with homes that have interesting layouts, or if the home is in poor condition. For best results, it isn't an either/or decision.

The photographer owns the copyrights to the images, regardless of the content. There is no legal action that can be taken against you or the photographer, as long as the photographer had legal access to the property (i.e. they were not breaking and entering)

I own a couple Matterport cameras, but the technology is out pacing user adoption. The market is slow to adopt new ways to view/compare homes.

AI will play a big role in home search moving forward, not sure what’s actually made it to market yet though.

What are you trying to accomplish with your CRM? I used to work with a systems integrator specializing in enterprise CRM implementations.
