@Winn Merwin

Hey Winn,

Thank you I will take a look at Auben Realty. I am just starting out looking into the area but it would be great to pick your brain a little once I start narrowing down my search a bit.

Do you have any opinion on Richmond vs. Columbia County?

Hello, I am moving to Augusta GA for work. I am brand new to the area and was wondering if anyone knew any good investor minded agents in the area that could help me in my search for a good starter property?

I am military and will be utilizing a VA loan so I will need to live in the property for at least a year so I am leaning more towards a multi-family I can also rent, or a single-family I can fix up over the time I live in it and add value to it with a little sweat equity.
