@John KentI am looking at turn key to start off with. I am not experienced with any real estate so far. So sticking to Turnkey for my first 2 investments. I am looking for both cash flow and appreciation, safe, SFH

@James Paine

How to find a good investor friendly realtor? Or a turn key provider? What are the questions I need to ask before I decide on one?

@Ryder Meehan@Joe SplitrockThanks for the rough plans and advice. I have learn a lot from this thread so far.

@Ryder MeehanI am looking for both cash flow and apreciaton. What range should I be targeting in Austin market to accomplish both? You mentioned 125k to 140k are good cash flow properties but not appreciation. What about DFW area for 140k range?
