I just purchase a STR every bedroom has a TV.. But the kids room had the smaller tv back in the early 2000 models.. so i took them out. I really don't think it matters as u are more fighting for price per night.

Its all about the money.. Try taking those short term rental tax dollars away from the county, i don't think they will like that.  I'm in probably one the largest short term markets i think the city will make folks disapper to keep those tax dollars coming.  ;)

2 weeks ago I started my STR around Disney World area, i'm beginning to see its still all about pricing. The extra stuff helps but price is what pulls them to your rental. Good Luck

I was born in Chicago and now living in Orlando...  Still love Chicago though..

Most of the homes around disney area are around 300K  I would say 100K is good number to make sure you are comfortable.
