Sounds like a open ended question on their part, if me i would play along this deal.  Throw my highest daily price per day and figure how many days will add up to 30K.  Then offer them that time range.

Best way to estimate all their cost, ask them.  Then verify them.  I know in FL you can call pwr\water company and just get their average monthly payments.

congrats on 15 listings.. I have 10 longterm rentals and probably get one phone call a month.  Can you tell me how man interaction you have on a monthly with 15 listing.  Thanks in advance
