Thank you all for your responses on this topic. May be the market of real estates in a transition state because of the pandemic, job cut and so forth, that's why our market is showing different behaviour. Right now in this sector realtors like us need to go with the flow of the market.

I understand @Nick Maugeri and @Tony Kim but we can take this scenario in positive ways too. Buyers also need to understand the fact about the real estate market. It is obvious that the seller wants to sell at a high price and buyers want to buy at cheaper price but when the seller's bargaining power increase in the market then the buyer will have very limited options. And as an agent of the buyer if we couldn't convince the situation then blames goes to the agent, don't you think? I think we have to accept the fact that the prices of houses have increased a lot after the beginning of the pandemic.

Hello @Nick Maugeri I have got your point. Thank you for the comment. In the meantime, I would like to share my experience from more than 5 counties of Southern California I am experiencing the same kind of market trend and that has helped me conclude that bubbles are being built in these areas.

Due to the pandemic and the new announcement by President Joe Biden real estate is in a different state when the pandemic is going to end in California. As a certified realtor in California, I am getting a number of buyers to buy houses but in the market, the seller is not ready to sell their houses. Subsidies are given by the government to the house owner and the effect of the pandemic is not motivating sellers to sell their house. As an effect of the market of the real estate is in the bubble now. Buyers are investing up to more than 50K than the listed price to get the house.
