Have you looked at each property in the portfolio? I think it depends on the repairs needed at each property that would determine if its a good property to have. I agree with Steve. Every area has a rough patch but overall property is always a good investment. If you have time  please review our website for property management information and an analysis

Usually no if its a locked rate.  Consider what it will cost in refi and determine if its worth it . Rates are very low and it may be beneficial to do it
