Thank you for the REIA recommendation. I am keeping an eye out for upcoming meetings that I will be able to attend. Would love to chat over coffee to get a few of my questions answered.
Look forward to chatting in the near future!

Hello BP!
My name is Charice Rucker (last name has changed) and I currently attend The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and I study Finance with a minor in Investing. Currently, I have another 2 years left of my undergrad. My interests in Real estate include: Fix and Flips and becoming a licensed Realtor.
My current goal is to Network and find a mentor in my area that can help me learn the ins and outs of Fix & Flips and also gaining knowledge on how to be a successful Realtor. I have already joined my local REIA and plan to attend future meetings. I am currently reading different books and watching many different webinars, so any other books, webinars, or podcast suggestions would be greatly welcomed!
My biggest question is what would be some good ways to go about starting my career in Fix & Flips while still attending college?
Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction and I look forward to hearing from the community!
